
Tampa Bay History Center
The Tampa bay history center is located in the channel part of Tampa area. It has 60,000 square foot and features an enlightening walk through 12,000 years of area history. It therefore provides visitors with an opportunity to discover the lifestyles of the first residents of that area. The Tampa Bay History center was opened on January, 17th 2009 and several flamboyant celebrations were held on that day.
Tampa bay history center is a four storied building with attractive exhibits, theaters, map gallery, museum stores and a Columbia Cafe. A travel to Tampa costs $12 for adults and $ 10 for seniors and $7 for children. You'll definitely get impressed by the superb displays that are featured. The first floor of Tampa Bay History center features exhibits from Native's American's and how it has influenced early Tampa history.

This center is visited by many people during the weekdays especially students, adults who therefore require an adult oriented visit are advised to visit the Center on weekends as the crowds are usually few then.
